They also found that they attracted more talented employees and had higher levels of customer satisfaction. According to the myth, Learning is only proportional to the Functional Skills, but in this dynamic world Learning is more than only Functional Skills. It is related to employees Behavioral Development, Personality Development, Innovations, Creativity, Values of the Organization, Professional Development and many more.
