Learning and Development Week Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5

When looking at how to keep an organization in top form, Learning and Development can be one of the best ways. After surveying around 830 companies, The Association for Talent Development, based in the United States, found that organizations with a culture of learning were the highest performers. They also found that they attracted more talented employees and had higher levels of customer satisfaction. According to the myth, Learning is only proportional to the Functional Skills, but in this dynamic world Learning is more than only Functional Skills. It is related to employees Behavioral Development, Personality Development, Innovations, Creativity, Values of the Organization, Professional Development and many more. To encourage the environment of continuous learning and self analyzation for all employees, this L&D week inlined. In this week you will not only gain some of the Formal Training, but you will witness Learning with Fun along with self analysis to improve yourself.

Let's be an opportunist to box the flavour of "Learning" in your life.

Brainstorming allows people to think more freely, without fear of judgment. It encourages open and ongoing collaboration to solve problems and generate innovative ideas. It also helps teams generate a large number of ideas quickly, which can be refined and merged to create the ideal solution. During Brainstorming, we often create a boundary around our thinking which blindfold us to see and think about other aspects. For a successful Brainstorm one should analyse the situation in two ways: 1) Own way. 2) By placing himself in the shoes of others. The broader you will think, more innovative you will be.

We provinding you the best solution of critical thinking & probkem solving via starting series of Six Thinking Hats given by Edward de Bono. We share six types of thinking hats on each day. On First day we will release about Red Hat

Creativity with logical thinking is essential to help business and professional behaviour to adapt in a rapidly changing and sometimes unpredictable environment. Apparently creativity is something which no one can teach, but situations can. Let's take a dig at some of these situations to enhance your creativity.

Why POSH is important to complete-

- Firstly, it familiarizes all employees with the applicable legal framework and best practices at work
- Secondly it sensitizes managers towards gender equality due to the inherent nature of power differences
- Next, trains the Internal Committee (IC) on how to handle complaints and resolve conflicts

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 makes it unlawful to sexually harass women within the workplace.Moreover, it talks about the distinct methods in which someone can be sexually harassed and how they can complain about this form of behaviour.

Bootstrap - An open-source, front-end framework using HTML, CSS, and jQuery. Bootstrap is designed to help developers quickly and easily build responsive, mobile-ready websites that are cross-browser compatible.

Reviewing Navbar, Header, Buttons
Reviewing layout components
Using form styles
Working with interactive components

Did you ever fall into such a scenario where you have to make a decision to choose a better option among/between worst? This activity will not only help you in decision making with logical rationales, but will also help you in other aspects like conflict management, innovation and creativity.
