Legal Consulting

We offer legal advice on different models of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), project finance, environment compliances, transaction advisory (due diligence, bid process management including diligence of bidders credential, bid organisation, preparing bid evaluation reports), administering price mechanism, drafting of power purchase / concession / shareholders / fuel supply agreements, licensing, performance standards and tariffs. We have also represented clients before Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), various SERC and at other power sector forums.

Financial consulting

We provide services such as investment advisory, project finance, financial analysis, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and financial due dilligence, project restructuring and policy reforms for infrastructure sector with a focus on energy

Technical Consulting

Our expertise in the sector allows us to guide our clients through a whole range of services.

In analysis and concept design, we undertake market analysis, concept and feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, techno-economic analysis, verification of master plans and much more.

Our engineering and contract award advise services includes layout planning, technology selection, compilation of requirements and tender documents, negotiation assistance, contract award recommendations and much more.

We can also manage site supervision, construction, installation and quality control.

As part of capacity building and training activities, we conduct training sessions for clients as a capability building exercise on power sector. Our role here can include project finance, contractual analysis, financing agreements and power purchase agreements.

Additionally, we also advise on carbon footprint mitigation processes and environmental derivative solutions.

Consultancy

Corporate clients as well as governments tap into our wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to training, course designs, capacity assessments and even evaluations for promotion and recruitment. We also conduct sessions for government ministries and agencies as a capability building exercise on power sector. For instance, our projects in Afghanistan sought to inform key policy makers and administrators in the region on public-private mechanisms for attracting and stimulating greater investments in infrastructure projects in the region. The training programmes included a series of sessions on project finance, contractual analysis, financing agreements and power purchase agreements as well as key insights into the setting of tariff/price structures for such projects.
